Residential Rental Application Requirements

If you are on the search for rental apartment, you will find this checklist very useful in your mission.

1. $25.00 per applicant for credit report fee.
2. $500 refundable deposit (Fully refundable only if you are not approved, if approved, deposit will be applied towards broker’s service fee).
3. Completed application by all applicants and guarantor.
4. Copy of all applicants’ government issued photo id.
5. If self employed or free lancing-Last 2 years’ tax returns or CPA letter verifying income.
6. Employment letter verifying position, length of employment and salary.
7. Copy of bank statements and assets accounts for last 3 months (first page only is OK).
8. Letter of current employment verification and (latest) three recent pay stubs.

Applicant’s minimum base salary must be 40 X monthly rent to qualify for an apartment. Guarantors must make 80 X monthly rent to guaranty applicant and submit all above documents as well. Please fax all paperwork to 718-858-0606 or e-mail with the agents name on the cover sheet.
